OK, let's be honest. It's really just me. My name is Charlie Teall and I have been building websites since 1994. I have a small group of very talented people -- graphic designers, Flash developers, etc. -- that I occasionally call on when I need someone with specific skills for a project. But, in general, I do all the work myself.
I actually get this question a lot. Many years ago, I was a bit of a beach bum (or wanted to be, anyhow) and I had this notion that we were all connected through the Internet -- like dancers are connected when they dance the Conga line. So, I started with that name since it matched my island attitude. In the early days of my business, I tried several times to change the name since I knew that clients didn't want to hire a guy who would rather be playing his guitar on a beach somewhere than working on their project. But, most of my clients convinced me that I needed to keep it -- and now I'm stuck with it. Doesn't mean I wouldn't rather be sailing right now, though...
